Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
- It must be returned within the 30-day window.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards, downloadable content, or digital products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@textilesiloguard.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once we approve your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@textilesiloguard.com. We will arrange for a return and offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra charge.
7. Restocking Fees
In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee for returned items that are opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
